| This is a beautifully detailed four-way medal. It is available in 14k white gold, 14k yellow gold or sterling silver. It is available in multiple sizes. Known as a cruciform this is actually four medals in one: The Sacred Heart at the top (a scapular medal, with Our Lady of Mt. Carmel on the back), St. Christopher on the right, Miraculous on the bottom, and St. Joseph on the left. The reverse says "I am a Catholic, please call a priest" to indicate to an emergency worker the wearer's desire for the last sacraments. |
