Patricia Ringler, her story: My favorite piece of jewelry is an antique cameo. It has been handed down from at least my great grandmother. My mother let me wear it occasionally because I fell in love with it. I said I would like it when she passed away. On my wedding day in May of 1977 she let me wear it as "something old." After the ceremony, she truly surprised me when she said it was mine to keep. It was such a surprise because this was a second marriage. When she passed away 4 years ago I got the matching earrings.
