All of the electronic check or credit card transactions through Generous Gems are secure, but if you prefer an alternate form of payment:
MONEY ORDERS are preferred as we can ship the merchandise quickly, because the funds are certified.
PERSONAL CHECKS are also accepted, however, the merchandise will not ship until the funds clear.
TRAVELLER'S CHECKS are accepted and have been used by our international customers.
CASH is also accepted, but generally discouraged unless you mail it to us insured and certified. We would hate for it to be lost or stolen, and we certainly can't be responsible if that were to happen. Please consider using a money order or check!
PHONE orders are also accepted. We accept credit card orders by phone if you prefer to order through a real live person or have any questions. Simply call 1-888-724-4483 and we’ll be happy to assist you.
EMAIL orders are also accepted. Please send details to sales@generousgems.com and will contact you requesting any additional information we need.
To order using one of these other methods, please write down the item(s) you wish to order and include it with your payment. Please be sure to add your phone number, mailing address and email address so that we can contact you! We also recommend you e-mail us your order details so that we can watch for your payment. If you call us, and we’re unavailable, please leave a voice mail. Thanks!
